Q. Can all lofts be converted?


Not all lofts are suitable for conversion, however we would be prepared to arrange a visit by one of our surveyors to carry out a feasibility study. Please contact us to arrange a visit.

Q. Do I need drawings?


Yes, we prepare plans in accordance with your requirements together with structural engineers details to the satisfaction of the local authority building control.

Q. Are there different types of loft conversions?


There are many options available, with or without dormer, bedroom with en-suite, office, playroom, the choice is yours. Contact us for a free visit by one of our design team.

Q. Are there lofts available to view?


Yes we have lofts in most areas of West Yorkshire all at different stages of completion and we would be delighted to arrange visits and meet previous clients.

Q. How long will the work take?


For an average sized home, from commencement of work, we would normally complete in 6 to 8 weeks.
